Unfortunately, most people who purchase PLR fail for one simple reason. (This is a mistake I frequently make as well.)
Here's the blunder: Most people purchase PLR and then file it away for later use. They completely disregard it, and it collects virtual dust on their hard drive.
That's right, the most common mistake people make with PLR is NEVER USING IT!
It's far too easy to fall into the habit of purchasing content with good intentions but never putting it online where it can help people and earn you money.

I devised the four-step process outlined below to instantly convert PLR into cash. I've used this technique successfully on numerous occasions, so I know it works. Here is the four-step procedure…
Step 1: Download and Evaluate
When purchasing products with private label rights, the key is to evaluate the package as soon as possible.
Download it immediately. Unzip the archive. Read the rights first, then read the text, listen to the audio, and watch the videos. Basically, consume the product as if you purchased it from… you!
You want to make sure it's high-quality merchandise that you'll be proud to sell as your own.
Step 2: Repackage and Brand
Choose which parts of the PLR product you want to use in your own package and remove the extraneous material. Create a new folder and drag and drop everything you'll be using into it.
Make a new title for the product and order a new 3D ecover with your new title and author name.

Next, take a few minutes to add your name or pen name to the ebook title page and sales page to personalize it.
Step 3: Upload and Test
When your product is finished, remove the sales letter and download page parts of the product, leaving only a folder for your customers. Then, highlight the entire product folder and zip it up for your customers.
If you're unfamiliar with the procedure, simply right-click and select "compress or send to" Compressed (.zip) folder. This will generate a smaller zip file with all of the contents, which you can then upload to your web host. This is the.zip file to which you will link your download page so that customers can get their product.
After that, you upload your sales and download pages and visit them to ensure they load properly. Make sure to also download and unzip your product from your download page. Check that all of the contents are present.
Finally, double-check that your order button on your sales page works!
Step 4: Promote it!
Unfortunately, this is where many people become stuck. They have a fantastic product to sell as their own but have no idea how to do so. The problem is that in order to make sales, you must first drive traffic to your sales page!
If you have an opt-in list, you can simply send out a series of email solos. You can spread the word if you have a Facebook or Twitter following. If you don't have a list or a following, you'll have to find other ways to get traffic.
Because traffic is the holy grail of Internet marketing – if you know how to get it, you can most likely succeed in Internet marketing. The problem is that everyone wants it to "happen," and very few marketers actually work on getting traffic – usually because they don't know where to begin.
